走去超市掃貨,見一系列既醬料,順手執咗呢包:
咁啱晚上預咗整雞翼,用佢咪啱晒!
好,就等我做個實驗啦.
雞翼先拖水,沖淨,放入鑊.
加2/3杯水喎,唉~邊駛用咁多水架,早知唔跟說明啦!
加埋d醬
撈勻佢(鬼咁多水),包裝上食譜話加蓋煮十分鐘喎,我冇加蓋,用中火煮,間中同佢翻下身.
試味我就覺得偏甜啦,所以我加咗少少鹽去平衡下.
我覺得汁太多,倒起半碗先.
跟住打少少獻,就上檯.
d雞翼咁煮係好滑溜既,而且相當輕易,有個煲就煮到架啦.
咁果半碗汁點算?我諗住第二日煮埋其他野用咗佢咯,唔好晒吖麻.
好香滑嘅雞翼呀 ,食一打先至夠喉 。

用譜通豉油糖煮出黎既雞翼都已經好好味啦, 無謂買呢d醬黎玩啦, 又唔係平, 為起上黎都要四個半一包, 唔抵既!

唔係呀, 加好少糖. 加左糖之後, 唔似係蠔油味, 好得意. 不過, 蠔油好多防腐劑, 我好多年冇買lu.

打獻即係starching - put some corn flour in a bowl, add a little water, stir it well, we use it to stir into the sauce and thicken it.
